3P Culinary Experts was founded in 1995, following the meeting of two individuals whose different, yet complementary journeys had united them with the same passion for gastronomy.
Building a team of multicultural gastronomy specialists, 3P Culinary Experts ’s aim is to share their experience with you, contributing not only exclusive, personalised solutions and concepts but also to accompany you step by step as you implement your gastronomic projects.

Jean MEDECIN
is a graduate of the HEC and has a CFA. After beginning his career in France as a financial analyst and portfolio manager for groups such as Oddo AM or Crédit Agricole AM, he joined the asset management giant T. Row Price International in London in 2006. A specialist in finance and passionate about gastronomy, he jointed 3P International in 2008 as associate manager

Jean-Philippe ZAHM
spent more than 15 years in major 3 Michelin star establishments and alongside chefs such as Alain Chapel or Robert Bardot. He continued his career as teacher of French gastronomic culture in Japan and spent seven years working on the international development of the Ritz Escoffier School. In 2004, he became responsible for catering at the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris before turning to the retail sale of culinary products and taking part in the opening and development of several concepts in London (for Daylesford Organic and Maison Ladurée).

3P Culinary Experts locates and recruits the talent you need on your behalf. Whether for a temporary assignment or long term job, whether you are looking for a general profile or a specialist (for example a chef with experience in macrobiotic cuisine), 3P Culinary Experts uses the contacts built up thanks to more than 10 years experience in the world of international gastronomy as well as a database containing several hundred catering professionals to identify the ideal profile.
Training
With long-term experience in catering management, 3P Culinary Experts has created realistic, practical training programmes designed to increase client satisfaction. Combining technical services (such as how to set a table or carve poultry) and strategic advice (such as anticipating client needs or adapting personnel to their state of mind), our courses enable you to complete and refine the training of your catering personnel.
Audit
3P Culinary Experts employees understand different audit techniques to ensure that your standards will be respected by your personnel. The thoroughness of our auditors, as well as their multidisciplinary approach (commercial, operational, financial), enables them to accurately record and analyse the performance of your employees.
3P Culinary Experts has solid references in these fields, from the recruitment of individual chefs for many personalities, to training programmes such as the one for the “Les Saveurs” restaurant, designed for Nippon Life in Tokyo or audit operations for the Maison du Chocolat in Paris and for the Levant group in London.

With their intimate knowledge of the world of gastronomy, 3P Culinary Experts identifies the best communication vectors for your products (gastronomic fairs, promotional road shows, specific events) and advises and guides you as you produce your commercial action plans.
Personal buyer
3P Culinary Experts carries out one-off or regular missions to help you build your cellar or reference your suppliers. 3P Culinary Experts can also work with you in Paris when you visit to introduce you to the different producers or to organise tailor-made trips to enable you to meet certain specific producers in the French regions (such as truffle or foie gras producers, for example).
Several brands have already used their services in France and elsewhere, such as the Hiramatsu restaurant for marketing and promotion when they opened their first establishment in Paris.
