Who are we ?

3P Culinary Experts was founded in 1995, following the meeting of two individuals whose different, yet complementary journeys had united them with the same passion for gastronomy.

Building a team of multicultural gastronomy specialists, 3P Culinary Experts ’s aim is to share their experience with you, contributing not only exclusive, personalised solutions and concepts but also to accompany you step by step as you implement your gastronomic projects.

Jean MEDECIN

is a graduate of the HEC and has a CFA. After beginning his career in France as a financial analyst and portfolio manager for groups such as Oddo AM or Crédit Agricole AM, he joined the asset management giant T. Row Price International in London in 2006. A specialist in finance and passionate about gastronomy, he jointed 3P International in 2008 as associate manager

Jean-Philippe ZAHM

spent more than 15 years in major 3 Michelin star establishments and alongside chefs such as Alain Chapel or Robert Bardot. He continued his career as teacher of French gastronomic culture in Japan and spent seven years working on the international development of the Ritz Escoffier School. In 2004, he became responsible for catering at the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris before turning to the retail sale of culinary products and taking part in the opening and development of several concepts in London (for Daylesford Organic and Maison Ladurée).
